Refund policy
We do not accept returns.
Exceptions
There may be rare occasions where the recipient of the gift (i.e. patient) has been discharged, or passed away between time of order and delivery, if this is the case we will contact you. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember refunds can only be completed when the Manager is on duty and it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We ask for your patience.
Damages and Replacements
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues or concerns. No exchanges can be offered without the receipt and must be within 10 days of purchase date.
Exchanges
To exchange, your item it must be in the new condition with tags still attached, and in original packaging. No exchanges can be offered without the receipt and must be within 10 days of purchase date, customers must complete the exchange in the store at VGH. Please contact us immediately if there are issues or concerns.
